My mom recently had a back water valve installed by Advanced Plumbing. They have been nothing but professional, speedy and fantastic the whole way! From the quotation process, to the application with building permits, installation and to helping with applying for the subsidy with the City. Wanted to shout out to Chris Wise, their office manager, who has been always super quick and responsive to any questions we had. Would absolutely recommend Advanced Plumbing for anyone looking to have a back water valve installed.

Great team at advanced plumbing. Had them do an inspection and replace a portion of my stack. Chris at head office coordinated everything and the communication was great start to finish. Work was done promptly and high level of professionalism without condescension. Demetri did the inspection on site and was very thorough.

We had an emergency drain leak over the holidays. Chris was able to schedule us in quickly. Laz went above and beyond explaining, and then implementing the fix along with Dimitry. I would highly recommend Advanced Plumbing and Drains for any plumbing issues.

When our basement flooded with sewage earlier this year due to a city line blockage, our home insurance told us to get a backwater valve installed. After inquiring around, we discovered Advanced Plumbing and asked them for a quote. Their technician (Aman) was extremely helpful and transparent about the valve installation, cost and procedure. After scoping our line and reassuring me that it was clear and that there would be no issues until the valve was installed, we decided to go with Advanced for the installation. The entire time, they were professional and answered any and all of my questions. They also demonstrated how to service the valve so that we would not have to pay someone to maintain it, and also helped with getting our subsidy for the valve. The whole process was quick, informative, professional and really helped to alleviate some of the stress from the flooding event. While we still have a lot of things to deal with before we are finished, I have several other plumbing issues in the house that I will definitely be contacting them for in the future. If you have plumbing issues that you can't figure out, or don't want to try and fix yourself, I would highly recommend Advanced Plumbing.

Amazing customer service all around - quick and detailed responses with suggested solutions and reasonable quotes from Chris and George. Fantastic work and attention to detail by Laz who truly cares about quality and doing things the best way possible - service and workmanship above and beyond. Highly recommend and I will only be calling Advanced Plumbing for any future needs or renos.

Ian was efficient, informative and friendly. He not only answered my questions but also took time to show me how the new sump pump works, which I appreciated. Customer service provided by Advanced Plumbing and drains has been wonderful. Highly recommend them.

Two days without water during a very cold spell were challenging to say the least. We melted snow on the cooking stove, to flush toilets with the melted snow and we showered at our neighbors. We couldn’t use our washing machine and dishwasher and couldn't wash our hands. Dimitri came promptly. It took him less than hour to locate the frozen pipe with his ingenious thawing machine and he thawed the ice in the pipe. We got our water back! A sigh of relief! Overall Professional and courteous with very satisfactory results. The price was reasonable.

Very professional and fast service! Everything is done electronically by email with detailed PDF quotes, invoices and receipts. Laz was very thorough and did the job right with a somewhat complicated routing of the drain system from the kitchen. We even had some chat about snowboarding which we both love! We had an excellent experience with Advanced Plumbing from start to finish. From the first call to the office to arrange an assessment, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with clear communication. Technicians Demitri and Laz were outstanding — knowledgeable, respectful, and very professional. They were upfront and transparent with pricing from the beginning, clearly explaining the scope and cost of replacing the original iron stack and the upstairs bathroom fixture replacements, so there were no surprises. That level of honesty made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
